The Ford Ranger and VW Amarok joint venture is a go!

The Ford Ranger and VW Amaork joint venture ute project is a go, however the new-generation ute won’t go into production until 2022.

The next Amarok is said to have a Ford Ranger beneath its exterior. However, that’s not all:

VW will also use the Ford Transit large van as the base for its large Crafter, while Ford will build its next-gen Transit Custom upon the all-new Transporter, which is due in the next two to three years.
